Research on women and confidence is disheartening and disturbing. Despite all our progress, statistics are clear, in some ways we're worse off than our predecessors. A recent research study found that 70% of girls feel they're not enough...and women? 80% feel they are not enough.
As a confidence coach, I empower professional and entrepreneurial-minded women to identify & re-connect with their SoulSeeds--the mosaic of innate gifts, talents, and qualities illuminating the path to their unique SoulPurpose--the meaningful contributions they were born to make, the unique mark on this world they were born to leave.
My Facebook Group--Lotus Woman Rising--is a community for likeminded souls, women from all over the world in search of meaning and actively working toward fulfillment, alignment, happiness, and purpose.
In this blog I share my journey and reflections with you--how I chose to bloom where I was planted, overcame challenge and struggle, and opted to rebirth myself like the lotus so that I might navigate a path filled with many firsts and align with my own SoulPurpose.
As a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation I also share my incredible journeys going within with you.
My goal is to inspire, uplift and empower you as you move forward in your own journey.
